Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior product managers to develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap
- Assume full ownership of a complete product or a significant portion of it
- Translate product requirements into functional designs in collaboration with engineering and UI/UX teams
- Conduct in-depth analysis, document requirements, and effectively manage the product backlog
- Align with the engineering team to ensure product goals and timelines are met
- Drive product enhancements and new features based on customer needs and market trends
- Collect and analyze user feedback and product analytics for ongoing product improvement
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with all internal stakeholders, promoting cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrate a strong focus on understanding underlying problems and needs before devising solutions
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to ensure efficient product development
- Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for creating product specifications and architecture
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational quality guidelines
Prior Experience:
- 4-6 years of total experience with at least two years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS products
- Proven experience in collaborating with engineering and UI/UX teams
- Demonstrated ability to understand market trends and customer requirements
Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in software development processes, Agile methodologies, and UI/UX principles
- Strong data analysis and market research skills
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
- Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
