As an Associate Product Manager, you will have to closely collaborate with other key functional stakeholders and conduct user behavior research to gain insights and build the right solutions with brutal prioritization.
The direct impact of your work will be empowering HR leaders in progressive enterprises to make the voice of half a million employees feel heard and valued by the end of this fiscal year.

What will you be doing?
- Research to help evolve product direction. Strategically using research and analytics to contribute to our quarterly roadmaps and long term vision.
- Staying on top of the competitive landscape and generating awareness about what’s happening with our competitors and within our industry for their use case area.
- Working with design to create elaborate mock-ups and wireframes with industry-standard prototyping tools by working on meaningful feature releases.
- Engaging extensively with customers in order to gain first-hand insight on user feedback. Further, validate the hypothesis by implementing robust & real-time usage tracking.
- Demonstrating the product plan through conceptualizing, designing & documenting by closely working with the technology & design team for all releases & product enhancements. Also, maintaining timelines and keeping all stakeholders updated.

Job requirements
Is this you?
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of Product experience (Associate Product Manager or Product Analyst)
- Domain:
- Relevant experience in design, analytics, or B2B SaaS is a plus
- Working knowledge of GPT and Generative AI technologies. Brownie points for side projects or any kind of professional experience
- Deep passion for building self-serviceable software products
- Critical Skills: Excellent communication, presentation. Uncanny product sense on how to marry technology and design to solve user needs in a practical manner.
- Decision Making: They should assess options effectively and make a recommendation on the route we should take. Escalates issues appropriately and be data-driven.
- Change Management: Able to adapt readily to change and modify plans to reach new goals.
