Marketing Campaign Specialist
About the Role:
The Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Responsible for thorough review and quality assurance of emails, landing pages, and Marketo campaign setups, they collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute flawless audience targeting across channels. With expertise in Salesforce and Marketo, you will conduct weekly checks, provide actionable insights, and contribute to the optimization of campaigns for maximum impact.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign Review and QA:
- Thoroughly review all marketing emails, landing pages, and Marketo campaign setups.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy against Workfront requests.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Audience Targeting:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand audience targeting requirements.
- Verify and validate audience lists to ensure campaigns reach the correct target audience.
Campaign Setup and Execution:
- Execute marketing list uploads accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create SFDC campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign setups align with overall goals.
Weekly Checks and Reporting:
- Perform regular weekly checks on active campaigns to ensure ongoing accuracy.
- Generate and analyze reports to track the performance and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on campaign data.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4 years) in marketing campaign operations or a similar role.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools, specifically Marketo.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and campaign creation.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
