Job Description
- Owning and improving insurance conversion across channels
- Driving growth initiatives in the company, partnering with the marketing team
- Using customer insights to drive insurance product features & digital product feature improvements
- Working with the product/tech teams to develop user experiences that drive real customer value
- Contributing to our roadmap and strategy by thinking creatively about how to disrupt the Indian insurance industry
- Bachelor/Master’s degree with more than 9 years experience in high-growth products in a B2C environment
- Experience driving D2C growth or conversion initiatives in the past
- Have a strong ownership mindset and passion for independent, creative problem solving, and strong ownership
- Experience in using an understanding of customer needs and technical constraints to develop and ship features that work
- Ability to bring clarity in decision-making and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Enjoy working in a rapidly evolving startup environment where everyone is responsible for business success
- Understanding of product design principles and their importance in achieving user and business outcomes
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics to drive product decisions
- Acute attention to detail and fluent communication skills, especially when writing concise product requirements
