We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager, who will lead the efforts of a team of Product Managers, to build a suite of next generation Supply Chain applications that drive our business growth. Delhivery provides an end-to-end solution to businesses that includes warehousing, shipping and analytics for their supply chain needs. We call this our E2E business and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) is at the heart of it. This in turn is integrated with our logistics network using an orchestration layer that makes automated decisions based on data.

What you will do:

● Create the vision, define the product roadmaps, and own execution of our E2E Product Suite that includes our WMS, orchestration layer, Integration layer and visibility Dashboards

● Build an expertise in warehousing and supply chain processes which will drive your decisions on prioritizing what the business needs across each product

● Lead a team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers to ensure execution and alignment with various stakeholders including Engineering, Sales and Operations

● Determine GTM strategy to enable and engage with Business Development and Operations teams to drive adoption

What we look for:

● Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from a Tier-I institute, MBA Preferred

● 8+ years of product management experience in internet startups, enterprise-grade SaaS products, supply chain organization or e-commerce

● Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyse quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize

● A keen eye for user experience and an ability to develop a deep understanding of how each persona interacts with the products you build

● Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives, and a strong analytical mindset

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this role

● Domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics is preferred
