Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Prime-Pay benefits, you will scale existing Prime-Pay benefits like CBCC (co-branded credit card) ensuring we acquire and engage members on the benefit. You will also partner with pay team to build set of offers and perks for Prime members which will eventually become benefits for members.
The role requires high judgment and understanding to drive value for the members and business. Candidate will use their influence across Amazon in various global organizations to drive customer focused solutions. A core skill for this role is to be able to simplify the complex customer subscription journey, identifying changes needed within Prime and across Amazon to make customers aware about Prime-Pay benefits.
Specific responsibilities will include:
– Drive the Business strategy and actions regarding Prime-CBCC vision, inclusive of; sign-ups, benefit engagement and activity, offer, and events that lead to a positive and negative impact to the adoption of CBCC benefit.
– Work with pay team to come up with new benefits and scale them
– Work with global Prime and other relevant Amazon businesses to deliver roadmaps that results in a world-class customer journey.
– Define, track, analyze and communicate metrics related to the Prime-CBCC and pay benefits funnel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience communicating results to stakeholders
– Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
– Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
